

Personal Profile
Nikesh Shrestha is a former national and international Wushu and Kickboxing athlete from Nepal with an outstanding career in combat sports and sports leadership.
He is a 5-time National Wushu Champion, Bronze Medalist of the 13th South Asian Games, 2-time National Kickboxing Champion, and an Asian Championship medalist. Through his dedication, discipline, and passion for martial arts, he has proudly represented Nepal in various national and international competitions.
Currently, he serves as Secretary of the Nepal Wushu Federation NWUF and also holds the position of Member of the Marketing & Development Committee under the South Asian Wushu Federation SAWUF.
In addition, he is the President of Kalbhairab Wushu Academy, where he actively works to develop young athletes, promote martial arts, and create opportunities for players to compete at national and international levels.
With years of experience as an athlete, mentor, and sports administrator, Nikesh Shrestha continues to contribute significantly to the growth and international recognition of Wushu and combat sports in Nepal. His vision is to inspire the next generation of athletes and elevate Nepalese martial arts through leadership, development programs, and international collaboration.
